The stars are aligning for Chuckanut Rugby! We invite our entire community—players, alumni, families, and fans—to join us for "A Night Under the Stars," our premier fundraising event of the year.
On May 9th, the Pioneer Pavilion will be transformed for an evening of celebration and support for the sport that builds character and community in Northwest Washington.
Event Highlights
- The Experience: Doors open at 5:00 PM. Your ticket includes a sumptuous buffet dinner and the opportunity to bid on exclusive items in our Silent and Live Auctions.
- Keynote Speaker: Hear from Abbi Triou, our High School Girls Head Coach, on how Chuckanut is "Raising Rugby" for the next generation.
- Festivities: High-stakes raffles, the famous "Dessert Dash," and interactive games throughout the night.
Ticket & Table Information
We have options for the whole rugby family:
- Individual Adult Ticket ($50): Includes dinner and two drink tickets (beer/wine).
- Youth Ticket ($35): For our ruggers aged 12 and under.
- Reserved Club Table ($400): Secure a full table for 8 people. This is the best way for teams, alumni groups, or families to ensure they sit together!
Calling All Local Businesses & Supporters
Chuckanut Rugby is a 501(c)(3) non-profit, and this event is our primary engine for funding player scholarships, field & program operations, and our facility improvements. We are currently seeking:
- Event Sponsors: Packages range from $250 to $2,500 with significant brand exposure.
- Auction Donors: Do you have a product, service, or unique experience (vacation rentals, guided trips, memorabilia) to donate?
